WANG has more than 80 patents and is the first Chair Professor in Innovative Technology in Hong Kong.
Lecture Abstract:
This lecture will probe into the similarities and differences, merits and demerits of Enzyme in Vitro production, fermentation and Biosynthesis. It uses several successful cases of industrial Enzyme in Vitro production to prove the promising prospect of this neglected or undervalued biological technology in medicine, food and other fields.
